THE GITE - COTTAGE |

Hameau de Borie has a very comfortable gite, which is a conversion within a stone barn.
The gite has three double bedrooms, and can sleep up to eight people max; an ideal location for families and friends to relax and enjoy a holiday.
The gite has its own terrace, which is south-west facing, looking over the garden and swimming pool (measuring 5x10 meters), plus the meadows and woodland of Borie.

The swimming pool :
Located within the garden of the gite and is fitted with a safety alarm.
Around the pool are sunbathing areas, with sun-loungers, deck-chairs and a parasol/umbrella.
The terrace directly off the gite is provided with a table and chairs for dining outside, plus a good size barbecue.

• Fully equipped open-plan kitchen
• Two shower-rooms and two toilets, one of the shower rooms is located on the ground floor with a separate toilet
• Two of the bedrooms have double-beds, the third bedroom has two sets of bunk beds
• Ground floor bedroom has a double-bed
• First floor bedroom has a double-bed
• First floor bedroom has two sets of bunk-beds (cot available)
